Payment terms and registration
Fitness Master Academy reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. We do not accept payment by installments.
Training fees must be paid prior to start of the training course.
All local bank charges are for delegate’s account.
All Fitness Master Academy course fees are subject to the current Indian GST.
Registration is only final upon receipt of applicable training fees in full. We will provide confirmation of your registration within 5 working days of receiving the training fees.
An Early Bird discount of 10% will be granted to participants who’s course fees are paid at least 1 month prior to the start of the training course.
Cancellations
Should circumstances require you to cancel your participation at one of the training courses, the following charges will apply:
- More than 2 weeks prior to the start of the training course – 25% of the course fee
- Less than two weeks prior to the start of the training course – full fee
In all instances, transfer of your registration to a colleague is possible at all times, without any surcharge.
All cancellations or transfers are to be communicated in writing. We will provide confirmation of your cancellation or transfer within 5 working days.
Non-attendance
If you do not attend a training course, and you have not previously informed us, the full course fee remains payable.
Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a transfer to another course date or a full refund of training course fees.
Property
The right of ownership in respect of all original work created by the Fitness Master Academy remains the property of the Consultant.
Disputes
Any complaint concerning Fitness Master Academy invoices shall be lodged in writing within 8 days of invoice date.
All disputes will be decided by the Pune Court even in case of plurality of defendants, actions in intervention and dispute abroad.
